The Hard Rock Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas hosts an annual party for a few months each summer called 'Rehab'.  It is a wild, debaucherous event they host poolside during the weekends that is infamous for bare skin, sexuality and great music.  This spot it a play off the name of the party.
